Customer Care Representative
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK-based customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns, and provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call quality standards, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction.

Sales & Conversion
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert leads into successful sales while achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on interested leads and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales updates in the CRM system.

Process Adherence & Compliance
- Follow UK process guidelines, scripts, and company policies strictly.
- Ensure data protection and confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks consistently.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve team and organizational goals.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (UK shift experience preferred).
- Prior experience in BPO, Sales, Customer Support, or International Calling (UK process is an added advantage).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
- Minimum qualification:12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
