Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about Honda bikes, offers, and services
- Handle inbound customer queries regarding products, pricing, service bookings, and availability
- Generate and follow up on leads to support the sales team
- Maintain customer database and update call records accurately
- Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English & Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage
