RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute manual and automated testing throughout the product or solution lifecycle.
- Conduct tests and analyze results related to ServiceNow integrations and third
- party tools.
- Report identified anomalies, track root causes, and collaborate with development
teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain and optimize test suites based on evolving customizations or
configurations.
- Monitor QA performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, documentation,
and communication.
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure
comprehensive functional coverage.
- Stay informed about QA tools and practices to suggest improvements.
