Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive professional to strengthen the brand’s digital presence across key social media platforms. This role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, PR coordination, and building a strong and consistent brand image online.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Conceptualize creative campaigns and reel ideas to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.
- Handle community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
- Support and manage PR-related digital activities to maintain positive brand communication.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and video teams to align on content strategy.




- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights-driven suggestions for growth and optimization.
- Take ownership of overall social media growth, branding consistency, and audience engagement strategy.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats and trends.
- Hands-on experience in content planning, posting, and community management.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Ability to think strategically from a brand and audience perspective, not just a posting approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
