Build and maintain robust relationships with site engineers, purchase teams, and project managersConduct regular site visits to understand customer requirementsHandle customer negotiations, inquiries, and order confirmationsAddress customer complaints related to quality, delivery, or serviceOrder Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with batching plant operations, dispatch, QA/QC, and logistics teamsEnsure timely and continuous supply of concrete as per site schedulesTrack daily dispatches and follow up on pending ordersPricing, Billing & CollectionPrepare quotations and rate approvals as per company guidelinesEnsure adherence to approved pricing and marginsFollow up on payments and outstanding receivablesMaintain accurate sales reports and MIS.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
