Physical Education Teacher (PET) - Chennai

Amrita Vidyalayam, Chennai is seeking an energetic and dedicated Physical Education Teacher (PET) to join our team. We are looking for a full-time professional who is passionate about promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and the overall well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct physical education classes for students
- Organize sports activities, games, and fitness programs
- Train students in various indoor and outdoor sports
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions and events
- Ensure safety standards during all physical activities
- Maintain sports equipment and playground facilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s (B.P.Ed) or Master’s (M.P.Ed) in Physical Education




- Prior experience as a PET in a school is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sports, fitness, and physical training techniques
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and actively engage students
- Basic knowledge of first aid and safety practices
- Passion for student development and physical wellness
