Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive enrolment and revenue growth. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right Skill Sprout programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, and other channels
- Present and explain Skill Sprout programs to potential customers
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into enrolment
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimist lead generation

Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling

Compensation Structure
- 0-2 Years Experience: ₹10,000 per month (fixed) + performance-based incentives
- 2+ Years Experience: ₹1.75 LPA - ₹2.40 LPA (based on experience, skills, and performance) + incentives
