Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the café brand, increasing footfall, and driving customer engagement through online and offline marketing activities. The role focuses on social media marketing, local promotions, campaigns, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase café visibility.
- Organize promotional events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

2. Social Media Management
- Manage café profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps.
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories).
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and reviews.

3. Brand Building
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and local communities.
- Enhance café reputation through customer experience initiatives.

4. Local Marketing & Partnerships
- Partner with nearby offices, colleges, and communities.
- Plan offline promotions like flyers, standees,



and events.
- Coordinate with food delivery platforms for promotions.

5. Sales Support
- Work closely with operations to boost daily sales.
- Analyze customer preferences and suggest menu promotions.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Creativity and strong marketing ideas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Understanding of digital marketing and trends.
- Customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certification in digital marketing (preferred).

Experience
- 1-3 years in marketing, preferably in F&B;, hospitality, or retail.
- Freshers with strong creativity and social media skills can apply.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
