Experience Required:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as PGT Physics in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Solid experience in teaching Classes XI & XII
Role Overview:
The PGT Physics teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Physics to senior secondary students, ensuring strong conceptual understanding, excellent board results, and fostering scientific temperament among learners in alignment with CBSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:Academic Delivery:
- Teach Physics to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum and guidelines:
- Develop engaging lesson plans, teaching aids, and instructional materials
- Simplify complex concepts using practical examples and demonstrations
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations
Student Performance & Results:
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations with a focus on high performance
- Analyze student progress and provide remedial support where required
- Mentor students for competitive exams (NEET/JEE - basic foundation level)
Laboratory Management:
- Plan and conduct Physics practicals and experiments effectively
- Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment and safety standards
- Guide students in project work and internal assessments
Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry
Collaboration & Development:
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academic planning
- Collaborate with other faculty for interdisciplinary learning
- Stay updated with latest teaching methodologies and CBSE changes
Parent Interaction:
- Communicate student progress regularly with parents
- Address academic concerns and provide constructive feedback
