Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Teaching
- Plan and deliver lessons as per CBSE guidelines and school curriculum
- Use age-appropriate teaching methods and learning materials
- Maintain an interactive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

2. Student Development
- Support the overall growth and well-being of students
- Encourage participation, creativity, and critical thinking
- Identify individual learning needs and provide guidance
- Foster positive behavior and values

3. Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline using positive reinforcement techniques
- Create a secure, respectful, and organized classroom setting
- Ensure classroom displays and learning aids are updated

4. Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular assessments, worksheets, and activities
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records




- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Prepare report cards as per school policy

5. Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and coordinators
- Support school events and activities

6. Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance and student records
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching resources
- Follow school policies and CBSE norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
