We are looking for detail-oriented QA Executives to support documentation, compliance coordination, audit preparation, and GMP adherence in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with QC for review and compilation of analytical reports and COAs
- Prepare and maintain batch records, traceability logs, and controlled documentation
- Ensure compliance documentation for FSSC 22000 V6, ISO, Halal, Kosher, and export dossiers:
- Maintain QA registers including deviations, CAPA, change control logs
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
- Manage SOP issuance, revision control, and document archiving
- Ensure adherence to GMP documentation practices and ALCOA+ data integrity
- Coordinate with production, stores, and QC teams for compliance assurance

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related science:
- 1-3 years experience in QA / Documentation / Compliance support in:
- Essential oils
- Aroma chemicals




- Food ingredients
- Pharma intermediates
- Basic understanding of GC reports, COAs, batch records, and GMP documentation

Preferred
- Experience in USFDA-audited or export-oriented manufacturing units
- Familiarity with FSSC 22000 V6 and ISO systems
- Robust documentation discipline and attention to detail

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
