Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging sector
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and online platforms
- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into orders
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing/sales within the packaging industry (mandatory)




- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials and processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Experience in corrugated boxes / flexible packaging / industrial packaging
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
