About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team in Bengaluru. You will work closely with senior architects to deliver thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, design concepts, and presentations for client approvals
- Develop detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site design queries
- Support senior architects in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and project reports
- Research materials, finishes, and building systems to support design decisions
- Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, NBC guidelines, and BBMP/BDA regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an architecture or design firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred
- Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray is a plus
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and finishing works
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good to Have
- Experience with residential or commercial interior fit-out projects
- Prior site execution experience in Bengaluru is an advantage
