OwlMinds is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Teacher Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding teachers while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews via Google Meet
- Ensure weekly target of shortlisting 10 teachers for training programs:
- Handle sharing and signing of contracts with newly selected teachers

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google Meet
- Must own a personal laptop and mobile phone
- Solid organizational and coordination skills
- Prior recruitment experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Work Environment:
- Work From Office (WFO)
- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
