Industry: Manufacturing (Packaging / Industrial preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate for maintenance
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejections
- Manage and guide shop-floor workers
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials
- Maintain daily production reports and records
- Follow and enforce safety guidelines
- Coordinate with planning and stores for material availability

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of production processes and machinery




- Good team handling and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical / Production
- Experience in packaging or similar industry
- Willingness to work in shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
