Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations through The Hotelmate platform.
- Handle enquiries from various sources for room bookings and coordinate with hotel staff and guests to confirm bookings, modifications, or cancellations.
- Work toward monthly targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Resolve booking-related issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records.
- Assist in onboarding and training hotel partners on our reservation system.Conduct field visits to client locations for support, relationship building, and troubleshooting.
- Cross-sell additional hospitality tech products (POS, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine) during client interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue.
Pay: ₹10,480.35 - ₹35,021.51 per month
