Job Title: Data Research Associate

The organisation has a robust track record in implementing education and social sector programs, with a current focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Conduct field visits, surveys, interviews, and data collection activities.
- Analyze data using appropriate statistical and research tools.
- Prepare research reports, policy briefs, case studies, and presentations.
- Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders for effective research implementation.
- Assist in proposal writing, documentation, and donor reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects to measure impact and outcomes.




- Maintain research documentation and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with ethical standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant research experience (preferably in the development/NGO sector).
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in research and data analysis tools such as SPSS, Excel, or other statistical software.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in education research or literacy programs (especially FLN).
- Prior experience working with NGOs or grassroots organizations.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for fie
