Role Summary
As an Architect at Evaracon, you will lead the preparation and coordination of detailed architectural drawings and GFC sets for EPC-led building projects in Mumbai. You will ensure that all architectural details are technically sound, compliant with codes, and fully coordinated with structural and MEP disciplines to enable smooth site execution. Your work will directly impact rework reduction, cost control, and timely approvals from authorities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and coordinate architectural working drawings, GFC sets, and detailed layouts for high-rise and mixed-use projects in line with EPC execution requirements.
- Coordinate closely with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes, finalize buildable details, and maintain a fully integrated set of drawings for site use.
- Ensure all designs comply with Mumbai DCR, NBC, fire norms, accessibility standards, parking norms, and local authority submission requirements, including revisions as required.
- Manage and incorporate design changes, RFIs, and site feedback into updated drawings within tight timelines, ensuring version control and clear communication to site teams.
- Support planning and sequencing of design deliverables to align with construction schedules, critical path activities, and key milestones.
- Conduct detailed drawing checks for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and coordination to minimize rework, quality issues, and in office ambiguities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal EPC execution teams to clarify design intent, present options, and close coordination issues in a timely and professional manner.
