Job & Responsibilities:
1. Manage architectural and interior projects from concept to final handover

2. Plan project timelines, execution strategies, and site workflows

3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance

4. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams

5. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

6. Supervise civil, finishing, interior, and MEP works on site

7. Manage contractors, vendors, and material procurement

8. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and billing

9. Handle client coordination, site meetings, and progress reporting

10. Resolve design, technical, and execution-related site issues

11. Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and site discipline

12. Prepare snag lists, manage rectifications, and ensure timely project completion

13. Possess robust communication skills for clear coordination with clients, teams, and contractors

Qualification and Software:
B.Arch

AutoCAD

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
