Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Budget: 15000-23000 with PF and ESIC

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist hotel guests in a professional manner
- Guide guests about available services and experiences
- Ensure smooth coordination with hotel departments
- Handle guest queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain daily reports and operational records
- Uphold hospitality standards aligned with a luxury property environment

Eligibility Criteria:
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Presentable personality with a positive and service-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service is an advantage
