Key Responsibilities:
- Product listing and optimization on Flipkart / Amazon / other marketplaces
- Creating and updating product catalogs (Title, Description, Keywords, Images)
- Managing inventory and stock updates
- Order processing and coordination with warehouse
- Handling returns and customer queries
- Running ads and promotional campaigns (if experienced)
- Monitoring sales reports and improving performance
- Competitor analysis and pricing strategy
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace handling
- Knowledge of Flipkart Seller Panel / Amazon Seller Central
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Positive communication skills
- Attention to detail
Pay: ₹10,782.31 - ₹32,799.63 per month
