Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator will support daily logistics and last-mile operations by coordinating between hubs, riders, and internal teams. The role involves monitoring operations, ensuring timely order execution, resolving issues, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations between hubs, riders, and central teams
- Monitor order flow, dispatch, and delivery status to ensure SLA adherence
- Track rider attendance, allocation, and productivity
- Handle escalations related to delays, NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and customer issues




- Maintain and update operational data in internal systems
- Support branch operations in inventory tracking and order handovers
- Ensure proper communication between field teams and management
- Assist in implementing SOPs and process improvements
- Generate daily reports on key metrics such as delivery performance, delays, and returns

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or operations coordination
- Good understanding of last-mile delivery operations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable using Excel and operational dashboards/tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
