Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers
Ensure compliance with client requirements
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Robust understanding of US staffing process and recruitment cycle
Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Immediate joiners preferred
