Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plant Operation & Monitoring: Independently operate and monitor ETP systems, including pumps, blowers, clarifiers, and filtration units (RO, UF, MEE).
- Process Control: Adjust treatment parameters such as flow rates, pH levels, and dissolved oxygen (DO) to ensure the system meets discharge standards.
- Water Quality Testing: Collect wastewater samples and conduct in office laboratory tests for critical parameters like pH, TDS, COD, BOD, and TSS.
- Chemical Management: Calculate and manage the dosing of chemicals (coagulants, flocculants, and neutralizing agents) to optimize consumption and treatment effectiveness.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventive maintenance (cleaning filters, checking pumps) and identify/resolve minor operational issues like low MLSS or pump malfunctions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logbooks, shift records, and treatment reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
- Safety & Compliance:



Ensure 100% adherence to safety protocols (using PPE) and environmental regulations set by bodies like the Pollution Control Board.

Key Skills Required:
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of biological, chemical, and physical wastewater treatment processes.
- Analytical Ability: Proficiency in interpreting water analysis results to adjust plant operations.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform minor repairs and coordinate with mechanical/electrical teams for major breakdowns.
- Communication: Clear reporting to supervisors and coordination with other departments regarding wastewater generation

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
