Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
- Run paid ad campaigns and track performance

Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
- Follower growth
- Reach and impressions
- Conversion rate from social media campaigns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
