Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of our private staycation property. The role ensures a pleasant, comfortable, and high-quality guest experience by maintaining rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Room & Property Cleaning

2. Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and living areas before guest arrival.

3. Change linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.

4. Ensure all rooms meet company cleanliness standards.

5. Common Area Maintenance

6. Maintain cleanliness of lobby, corridors, outdoor areas, balconies, kitchen space, etc.

7. Ensure all common areas are neat, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times.

Housekeeping Operations

1. Perform daily cleaning schedules and housekeeping routines.

2. Handle laundry: washing, ironing, folding, and organizing linens & staff uniforms.

3.



Report any repair or maintenance needs immediately to the supervisor.

Guest Support

1. Provide prompt service for guest requests related to cleaning, amenities, or room setup.

2. Maintain polite and professional behavior with guests at all times.

Inventory & Supplies

1. Monitor and refill housekeeping supplies, toiletries, cleaning products, etc.

2. Maintain proper inventory of linens, cleaning equipment and report shortages.

Health & Safety

1. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

2. Ensure proper waste management and disposal.

3. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.

Skills & Requirements:
1. Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.

2. Robust attention to detail and cleanliness.

3. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

4. Physically fit with the ability to handle cleaning tasks and lifting when necessary.

5. Good communication and customer service skills.
