Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (Male & Female)

Job Summary
- Source healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, caregivers, lab technicians, etc.)
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments

2. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Follow up on interview feedback and selection status

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Coordinate for PCC, medical tests, attestation, and visa processing:
- Ensure all documentation complies with international standards

5. Client Coordination
- Understand healthcare staffing requirements from clients
- Maintain strong client relationships

6. Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets
- Provide regular updates to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field




- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment preferred)
- Good understanding of healthcare roles and licensing requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Gulf / Europe healthcare recruitment:
- Knowledge of dataflow, licensing, and documentation processes:
- Familiarity with job portals and CRM systems
