Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the customer database in CRM software.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups:
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support
- Maintain customer records, purchase history, and feedback:
- Generate daily / weekly CRM reports:




- Track leads, conversions, and customer engagement:
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field:
- 6 months experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Handling
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and data management:
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
