This role is ideal for individuals who want practical exposure and are ready to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Assist in planning and executing weekly content calendars:
- Create and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn:
- Write engaging captions and basic marketing copy
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement




- Track and report social media performance metrics

2. Content Creation
- Coordinate with designers for creatives
- Contribute ideas for reels, short videos, and trending content:
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines

3. Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns:
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (CTR, CPC, etc.)
- Support in preparing basic performance reports
- Support in creating and managing contact lists and segmentation
- Track open rates and campaign performance

Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts:
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, or similar (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive attitude with a sense of ownersh
