Call and follow up with leads received from IndiaMART and other platforms
- Explain company profile and manufacturing services to clients
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into confirmed business orders
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confidence in talking to clients on call
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & WhatsApp usage
