Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a safe, caring, and engaging environment. She acts as both a teacher and caregiver, supporting the overall development of students—academically, emotionally, and socially.

Key Responsibilities: Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Monitor and support children’s emotional and social development Encourage good habits, discipline, and personal hygiene

Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress Organize classroom activities, games, and storytelling sessions Maintain student records and classroom materials Ensure safety and well-being of all students at all times
