Role Description
- Plan and manage daily production activities
- Ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and output
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization




- Minimize downtime and production bottlenecks
- Maintain production discipline and shop floor workflow
- Drive process improvements for consistency

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience in rubber / polymer / engineering industry preferred
- Strong understanding of shopfloor production processes
- Ability to manage teams and production targets
- Problem solving and planning mindset
- Hands on and execution-focused

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
