We are expanding our operations to serve both lunch and dinner, and are looking for reliable delivery and operations executives to support our daily services. Job Responsibilities Delivery Operations Deliver lunch and dinner orders on time within assigned areas Ensure safe handling and proper condition of food during delivery Follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently Packaging & Kitchen Support Assist with food packaging and sealing for lunch and dinner orders Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during packing Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth dispatch Customer Interaction & Sales Support Interact politely with customers during delivery Collect basic customer feedback Inform customers about daily menus, combo offers, and subscription plans Payments & Reporting Handle cash and UPI payments,



if required Share delivery updates and customer feedback with the team General Operations Support daily operational activities as required Eligibility & Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred) Two-wheeler required Valid driving license Smartphone with basic app knowledge (WhatsApp, calls, Google Maps) Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English/Hinglish preferred) Punctual, honest, and responsible Working Hours (Split Shift) Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM Dinner Shift: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Timings may vary based on order volume) Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 per month (based on experience and shift coverage) Performance-based incentives Fuel allowance (if applicable) Meal provided during duty Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing startup Why Join Ghar Aahaar?
