Conduct regular site visits to assess solar project materials and equipment.
- Verify and log all materials received at the site, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
- Maintain and update inventory sheets using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Enter data accurately into the system and ensure seamless communication with project teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage inventory levels and coordinate material needs.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies in inventory and work to resolve issues.
- Generate reports on inventory status and material usage as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data management practices.
