We are hiring a Billing Executive who will sit inside our Gantavyam Pod (at metro/public transport exits) and handle passenger bookings, billing, and payment confirmation for verified auto-rickshaw rides.
Key Responsibilities
- Passenger Handling & Booking:
- Welcome passengers, understand their destination, and guide them through the booking process.
- Enter destination and trip details accurately in the booking system.
- Confirm booking and coordinate with the on-ground fleet team for driver assignment.
- Billing & Payment Collection:
- Generate accurate bills/receipts for each ride on Company's software.
- Collect payments via UPI/Cash and ensure correct payment confirmation.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
