Role Description

We are looking for Contractual Operations Executives to support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves handling process-driven tasks, performing quality checks, and supporting user-related operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute time stamping tasks accurately and within assigned timelines.
- Perform quality checks (QC) in line with established guidelines.
- Review and validate videos and other assigned deliverables.
- Maintain and update operational trackers on a daily basis.
- Support user communication activities, including outbound calls when required.
- Manage multiple operational tasks during high-volume periods.
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet SLA req
