Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart Shopify, etc.).

2. Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

3. Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

4. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

5. Track inventory levels and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

6. Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and discounts.

7. Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion reports.

8. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

9. Handle customer feedback, ratings, and reviews professionally.

10. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and advertisements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing,



or a related field.

3. Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards.

4. Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotions.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills.

6. Positive analytical and Excel skills & Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with Seller Central / Vendor Central.

2. Knowledge of SEO for product listings.

3. Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.

4. Understanding of GST and e-commerce compliance (India).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
