Job Overview:
We are looking for a humble, responsible, and dynamic School Coordinator who can manage the day-to-day functioning of the school in the absence of management. The role requires close coordination with parents, teachers, students, and support staff to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations while maintaining a positive and disciplined school environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Coordination
- Coordinate daily academic activities and ensure smooth classroom functioning.
- Act as a bridge between management, teachers, parents, and students.
- Monitor student attendance, behaviour, and overall performance.
- Support teachers in academic planning and classroom requirements.
- Organize and supervise assessments, tests, and school activities.
- Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of recent students and parents.

Administration & School Management
- Oversee day-to-day school operations in the absence of management.
- Maintain student records, reports, and administrative documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers,



and external agencies when required.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety as per school SOPs.
- Assist in implementing school policies and standard operating procedures.
- Manage school events, celebrations, and special programs.

Parent & Student Coordination
- Address parent queries professionally and empathetically.
- Conduct parent meetings and follow-ups when required.
- Ensure high parent satisfaction through regular communication and engagement.
- Counsel students when necessary with patience and care.

Staff Coordination
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for smooth operations.
- Assign and monitor tasks delegated to administrative staff.
- Support staff coordination during events, exams, and school activities.
- Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work culture.

Compliance & External Coordination
- Assist in obtaining necessary permissions for school ev
