Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result oriented Inside Sales Executive to engage with truck owners, fleet operators, and transport businesses. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, explaining VAHN’s product value, and driving demo bookings and conversions.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in educating them on how VAHN simplifies trip management, payments, tracking, and settlements.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to truck owners, fleet operators, and logistics businesses




- Qualify leads based on fleet size, trip volume, and operational needs
- Explain VAHN’s product features including trip sheets, wallet, FASTag, fuel, driver payments, and reports
- Schedule and manage product demos and follow ups
- Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and switching from manual or Excel based systems
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM
- Coordinate with field sales or onboarding teams for smooth conversions
- Follow up consistently to move prospects from demo to activation
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or B2B SaaS sales
- Strong communication skills with confidence on phone calls
- Ability to explain product value in simple, practical terms
- Comfortable with high volume calling and follow ups
- Strong objection handling and persuasion
