Responsibility : Conducting Food safety Audits, training, Collection of Samples, ISO 22000 - 2018 Co-ordination, Gap audits at Food Business Establishment

Qualification: - B.Tech in Food technology/ Food Safety/ Bio Technology, BSC or MSC in Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition etc
Work experience : 0-2 Years
Only Local Residents of Hyderabad will be preffered.

For Hotel / Restaurant or Manufacturing industry Monthly as per the contract food safety audits ( 2/4/8/12 No.of audits) to be done as per our APP format and FSSAI schedule 4 requirement and making report for the same & sending it to client.

Then follow up for closure, add value addition for the clients in terms of food safety for further improvement

Conducting food safety trainings to all leave staffs every month as per contract ( 1/2/4 No.of)

Collect Monthly food/swab/water samples from Client ur handling and hand over in lab

2. Conducting Certification audits as requirment when given by client or Food safety department
1. Conducting Following types of audit
Hygiene Rating audit ( Pre and Final )




Eat Right Campus ( Pre and Final )
BHOG ( Pre and Final)

prepare report with evidence & Submit to Organization

2. Collecting food and water sample from those place where these above audits are done

3. Ensure bills are submitted, payment are collected and work done sheets are maintained

Two Weeks training will be in chennai

for that training accomodation and travel to be managed by urself

In hand Salary will be 2O K

First 2 months there will be 20 % Deduction which will be given to u back after 6 months completion at time of resignation

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
