Spark Studio is looking for teachers to join us on the journey of nurturing talents and building creativity and confidence in children through courses in Communication Skills, Music and Visual Arts

We’re looking for passionate and committed music facilitators for our Keyboard and Western Vocals courses.

About us:
Spark Studiois an online learning platform that enables high-quality extra-curricular learning for children (age group of 6+ yrs) in the fields of Visual Arts, Music and Communications.

Purpose:
We believe children are innately multi-faceted, curious and joyful. We work towards developing children holistically by stimulating their brains, left and right brains both, with a rich curriculum that engages their imagination, builds critical thinking and enables them to express themselves. Furthermore, discovering talents and building interest in the arts is a joy and we hope to help children find this joy.

Criteria for Candidature:
- Hold 2+ years of experience either teaching or practising western music. Leaders in the fields of education, music, and performance art are welcome




- Be excited to teach and coach young children for at least 10-15 hours every week
- Be passionate about building the skills of expression and imagination in students

Responsibilities:
Be available for a minimum of 10-15 hours a week to
- Conduct online classes in accordance with our expert-built curriculum
- Engage with the Spark Studio team for reflection, feedback and professional growth
- Assess students periodically while working as a team to ensure all children are developing and learning at the appropriate pace, and reaching learning outcomes
- Participate in teacher development workshops and grow as a teacher

Compensation:
Compensation for your services will be INR 250-350 per session (including TDS) plus performance incentives.
