Role Summary

A background in motion design, micro-animations, or graphic design is a solid bonus, helping elevate the overall product feel and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Empathy
- Conduct user research through:
- Interviews
- Surveys
- Usability testing
- Observational studies
- Understand user pain points, motivations, behaviors, and constraints
- Create and maintain:
- User personas
- Journey maps
- Empathy maps
- Advocate for the user in product and design discussions

2. UX Design & Experience Strategy
- Translate research insights into clear UX strategies and design decisions:
- Design:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- Interaction models
- Information architecture
- Ensure designs are:
- Intuitive
- Accessible
- Consistent
- Scalable across platforms (web, mobile, device screens)

3. UI, Visual Design & Motion (Bonus Skill Area)
- Create polished UI designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Design engaging:
- Micro-interactions
- Animations
- Transitions
- Illustrations or graphics (bonus)
- Work with tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite,



After Effects, Lottie, or similar
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is preserved in implementation

4. Research Analysis & Iteration
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research findings
- Convert insights into actionable design improvements:
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Measure UX improvements using defined success metrics (usability, adoption, task completion, etc.)

5. Communication & Collaboration
- Clearly articulate design rationale in spoken and written English:
- Present designs, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with:
- Product managers / Business analysts
- Developers
- QA teams
- Maintain well-documented design systems and UX guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
