We are seeking for a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive for Exhibition Department.

Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in a stressful environment and demonstrate excellent sales skills. You should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sell booth designing and fabrication at trade shows and exhibitions at Global level.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from previous events
- Maintain and update a database of potential attendees
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
- Updating the database with all the customer's information.
- Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.




- Taking and processing customers' orders in a skilled manner.
- Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Team Leader.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
- Proficient in using computer software and database management tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.
- 2+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
