Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, confident, and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying Team. This role is critical in engaging and converting high-intent customers who have shown interest in our platform but have not completed their purchase journey.

These leads may include customers who have added products to their cart without checkout, browsed products without transacting, registered on the platform without making a purchase, received cashback or promotional credits, or reached out via calls, chat, WhatsApp, or website enquiries.

The role is highly sales-driven and involves both outbound and inbound interactions, with the primary goal of identifying opportunities, resolving customer concerns,



and guiding them toward successful conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers who have:
- Added items to their cart but not completed the purchase
- Browsed products without making a transaction
- Registered on the platform without transacting
- Received cashback or promotional credits
- Connected through Call, Chat, WhatsApp, or Website enquiries
- Make timely and persuasive outbound calls to re-engage and convert leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries via Call, Chat, WhatsApp, or Website and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
- Understand customer needs, address objections, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Guide interested customers to the nearest physical store when offline exploration is required.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and CRM teams to efficiently act on warm and qualified leads.
