We are seeking a B2C Counsellor to engage with parents and students, provide accurate program guidance, and support the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct timely and structured follow-ups to support enrollment conversions.
- Present CareCubs programs clearly to parents and students, addressing academic and career-related queries.
- Coordinate and assist in on-site and virtual information sessions, demo classes,



and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; degrees in Education, Psychology, or Management are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2C counselling or sales, ideally within the education or training sector.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional approach towards parent interaction and student counselling.
