Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / F&B; Supervisor

Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional food and beverage service with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining hotel service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly as per service sequence standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
- Maintain excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards.
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation SOPs (FSSAI guidelines).
- Assist in mise-en-place, buffet setup, and closing duties.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Experience: 0-2 years in hotel / restaurant service (Freshers welcome)
