Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pest control operations and ensure high service standards
- Manage field teams, supervisors, and workforce planning
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Control operational costs and manage budgets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations experience in facility services (housekeeping, cleaning, or related services)
- Proven experience managing field-based teams
- Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling service contracts and client relationships
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
