Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in the industrial automation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support social media management, including content creation and posting.
- Help develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and product info sheets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support event management, including trade shows, webinars, and client visits.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, operations) to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration,
Communication, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
