We’re expanding our team in Nagpur and looking for a motivated Motor Insurance Executive who can drive sales and support our operations with on-site client document collection.

Role Overview
As a Motor Insurance Executive, you will:
- Promote and sell motor insurance policies (two-wheeler and four-wheeler) to individuals and small businesses.
- Understand client needs, explain policy features, terms, premiums, deductibles, and claim processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Support the Operations Team by coordinating document pickup from clients’ locations, ensuring timely collection and proper documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, deliver excellent service, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare quotes, and follow up on renewals and improvements in coverage.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and convert leads into motor insurance policy sales.
- Conduct product demos and explain coverage options, add-ons, discounts, and compliance requirements.
- Schedule and manage on-site document collection visits; collect and verify client documents (policy details, address proof, ID proof, vehicle documents as applicable).
- Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, endorsements, and claim support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and insurer guidelines.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on pending documents and policy deliveries.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and handle customer inquiries promptly.
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler (mandatory) to enable in office client visits.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in motor insurance or financial services.
