The Spot Welding Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining spot welding machines used in lithium battery pack assembly. The role involves ensuring accurate welding of battery cells, maintaining quality standards, and following safety protocols to support efficient and safe EV battery production.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate spot welding machines for lithium battery cell and pack assembly

Perform precise welding of battery tabs, terminals, and connectors

Set machine parameters as per production and safety requirements

Inspect welded joints for strength, accuracy, and defects

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

Ensure proper handling and safety of lithium batteries

Conduct basic machine maintenance and report technical issues

Maintain daily production and quality records

Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow

Skills & Requirements:




Experience in spot welding machine operation (battery/EV industry preferred)

Knowledge of lithium battery components and welding safety standards

Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions

Attention to detail and quality-focused approach

Basic understanding of electrical safety and battery handling

ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred
